The Xcel Difference

Our Techniques

We employ a variety of different approaches, not commonly used together in the United States. ¬†For example, the bulk of our therapy is based on the use of the therapists’ hands to improve soft tissue dysfunction, reconfigure scar or fibrous tissue and improve joint range of motion using various manual therapy techniques, such as: Maitland, Kaltenborn, Cyriax, McKenzie, and the dry needling proponents of Travell and Baldry. We utilize a host of innovative manual procedures, augmented by modalities such as dry needling and ASTYM to name a few.
