Boot Camp (Ladies Only) Ladies Boot Camp is a fun, exciting, and motivating way to lose weight, tone up and improve self-esteem. The program is designed and instructed by an Exercise Physiologist, who is a certified fitness professional. You are ensured to receive the proper and essential training needed to meet realistic and attainable goals. By having an Exercise Physiologist by your side you'll have access to accurate information on health and wellness. Contact Xcel for dates and times. Personal Training Personal training is supervised by an Exercise Physiologist and administered by Nationally Certified Fitness Professionals. Each client will receive a fitness consultation that consists of medical history review, personal goals, fitness history and a nutrition and fitness assessment. Information gathered will be used to develop the proper training program that meets the unique needs of each person to ensure the proper training techniques are administered. Proper weight loss is more than reps and sets. Losing weight and becoming a healthier person requires a strong understanding of human physiology. At Xcel, personal training consists of sessions not minutes, because each person requires a different fitness regimen based on personal schedule, fitness goals, and training phase. |
